Week 1...

Hello all!  While I am mostly starting this blog in response to the class assignment, I would also like to share my failures and successes during my first year as sole librarian in a K-12 school.  I was given great advice to start a diary of sorts and document all thoughts and perceptions of my job.  That way, when the rough edges begin to smooth out I can look back and see where I started to better appreciate how far I have come (hopefully)!
